OPAAT-SWY was founded in 2015 and started trading in March of 2018.
We are a Caribbean based internationally recognized Organisational Development Consulting firm with a specific focus on Sales Enablement and CRM Implementation. Our commitment is to help our clients achieve these goals, by developing their sales, marketing and customer success teams through the implementation of training, tools, training and technology.
Our expertise is in Sales Enablement and CRM Implementation and possesses over twenty (20) years experience spanning a variety of industries such as finance, automotive, telecommunications and corporate services. During that time, we have seen that there is a need to focus or refocus our people on productivity, innovation, initiative and of course leadership.
